② The E&G Computing server components purchased separately by the customer are guaranteed for free within one year from the date of purchase. The warranty method is for replacement upon shipment, excluding free on-site service.

③ The warranty period of the components purchased by the customer for the expansion of the original machine is calculated along with the warranty period of the original complete machine product. If the remaining warranty period of the complete machine product is less than one year, the longer the remaining warranty period of the components and the complete machine will be calculated.

⑤ The warranty period of the product components repaired by E&G Computing is calculated along with the warranty period of the original machine product. ⑦ The repaired and replaced components belong to E&G Computing, and users must maintain the original use status of the faulty components.
